Eligibility Criteria for Participation in the Exam
1. Students registered in the National University for the academic year 2018-2019, who participated in the Honors 3rd-year examination of 2021 and have been promoted, can participate in the Honors 4th-year examination of 2022 as regular candidates.
2. Candidates registered in the 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018 academic years, who obtained an F grade or were absent in one or more courses in the Honors 4th-year examination, can participate as irregular candidates in those courses in the 2022 Honors 4th-year examination.
3. Candidates with promotion from the 2021 Honors 3rd-year examination from the 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018 academic years are allowed to take the 2022 Honors 4th-year examination as irregular candidates.
4. Only candidates who received an F grade in one or more subjects during the 2014-2015 academic session will have a special chance to take part in the exam. In this case, to take part in the exam, one can fill out the application form by paying a special 5000 Taka fee (if one or more subjects have F grades equally). Here, there is no need to renew your registration.
Note: Candidates who failed to participate in the examination for the academic year 2014-2015, or failed again after participating, or did not participate in the examination by filling out the form, cannot apply for the opportunity to participate in the examination in the next year under any circumstances.

There will be no opportunity to fill out the form with penalty after the prescribed time. Each candidate must pay a center fee of 150/- (One Hundred and Fifty) from the total collected to cover expenses related to examinations. In addition, the officer-in-charge of the designated examination center must be paid 300/- (Three Hundred) per candidate. They must provide this statement along with their roll number/registration number for the examination. It is important to complete this process three days before submission.
Online Application Form Filling
The applicant or the college authority should visit the National University’s website (http://ems.nu.ac.bd/student-login). Filling out the application form with the registration number is necessary. Once the form is completed, they should download and print a copy. Make sure to submit this printed copy to the college within the given time frame, along with the fee, to the department.
Procedure to Fill Online Application Form (For Candidates)
1. The applicant or the college authority must visit the University website (http://ems.nu.ac.bd/student-login) and enter the registration number. Follow the instructions on the website to fill out the form. After completing the application process, print the application form from the online portal. The filled form will mention the candidate’s subject code and fee. Next, the applicant must submit the printed form along with the fee to the department of the college. Note that the university authorities will not be responsible for any mistakes in the subject code.
2. If the application form contains any mistakes, the form must be canceled. The applicant should then download a new application form through the college authority.
3. The applicant should attach two copies of recent passport-size photographs to the application form.
National University Online Form Fill-up
You can collect or print the application form, Probable List, subject-wise candidate details form, and fee submission form from the National University’s website.
1. The head of the department must confirm whether the candidates’ data has been entered directly online on the university’s website with the Probable List. Additionally, they will confirm the submitted applications by entering the College Log-in on the university’s website. The principal will then sign off. For log-in, you can collect the User ID and Password from the College Profile or related branches on the website.
2. Each candidate needs to provide two passport-size photographs (attested). Affix one copy in the prescribed space of the online printed application form with Aika Atha, and keep the other copy in the respective section. After the university provides the admit card, distribute it by affixing the photo with glue at the specified place and having the principal attest it.
3. The candidate will submit the online filled application form to the college, and the college will confirm it online with the candidate’s encourse number. Only confirmed candidates will receive the admit card. After verification, candidates need to print the details online.
4. The university will launch the website for the 2022 Honors 4th-year examination on time. Note that the activity will automatically stop after the fixed time mentioned in the notification for data entry, so the college must complete the data entry on time.
5. In case you make a mistake while entering the marks for the in-course and fieldwork exams online, please report it promptly in writing to the Deputy Controller of Examinations, Honors 4th Year Branch. The Head of Department and Principal’s original manual number will serve as the basis for correcting mistakes.
University Fee Deposit Procedure
1. Download the prescribed deposit form for the National University from the mentioned website. Deposit the entire fee amount into the National University Fund through any branch of Sonali Bank using Sonali Seba. Log in to the respective college website to download the Pay Slip and ensure it is properly accounted for in the respective sector.
2. Submit a copy of the total amount and part number to any branch of Sonali Bank and receive the receipt.
3. You can collect the Pay Slip from 15/02/2024, 10:00 am to 07/03/2024, 04:00 pm. The link will be active during this time. After the scheduled time, you cannot download the Pay Slip or deposit money.
