HSC Admission Circular 2024-25. XI Class Admission System 2023-2024 Online will be started after SSC Result 2024. Dhaka, Rajshahi, Comilla, Jessore, Chittagong, Barisal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh and Madrasa Education Board Online College Admission will start very soon all over the country at once. Actually, the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) is the first and last stage of the secondary level of education. Whenever a student passed SSC then he/she will be eligible for XI class admission. The admission process will be held at the same time over the country. Which is very easy and hassle-free. In the past year, the admission process was a business based not merit-based. Where we’ve seen most of them admitted themselves by dint of their conversant or money. For this reason, the Ministry of Education took a decision that they will take combined admission online.

XI Class Admission System 2024-2025
In the advertisement, there is a clear indication that each student could apply for 10 colleges through an online process where they will be charged 150 BDT. On the other hand, by SMS a student could apply one college for per SMS where they will be charged 120 BDT for per college differently. Those who will apply via online they could pay the application fee in the way of Teletalk/Rocket/SureCash. The SMS applicants could pay only Teletalk mobile operator. An applicant could apply to a maximum of 10 institutions using both Internet and SMS method. The student could apply in multiple Shifts/Versions/Groups of the same organization. Without this, a student could apply SMS and Online both ways. For example: If a student applied for 3 out of 10 colleges already through, he/she could apply rest of 7 colleges by the Internet.
If your application is incomplete, false, wrong and it proves then it will be cancelled. Because the authority has the full right to cancel the application/final admission. Even they could take legal action against you. With this in mind fill-up the application form with the right information.
Eligibility for Admission and Group Selection
Students who passed the SSC/Dakhil/Equivalent Exam within 2022-2025 from under any Board of Education in the country and Bangladesh Open University (BOU) between 2021-2024 could apply for XI Class Admission. Those who have passed the SSC or equivalent examination in 2021 will be considered eligible for admission in class XI in the college / equivalent educational institution subject to fulfilment of other provisions of the relevant policy in the academic year 2024-2025.

How to Apply Application Form
Before going to apply Online Application candidates must pay the Application Fee by using the Teletalk/Rocket/SureCash. Candidates could use their SSC/Dakhil/Equivalent exam Board, Roll Number and Passing Year during the payment of application fee.
Payment by Teletalk
At first, go to your mobile message option any type as following
CAD<space>WEB<space>Board<space>Roll<Space>Year and send to 16222
Example: CAD WEB DHA 104285 2024
For example: write down your bard name first three-letter. If it is Dhaka Board then write just = DHA and Bangladesh Open University = BOU.
After sent SMS, if the application will successful then you will be given a PIN number and charge 2.50 BDT. Where they will know your opinion you agree or not? If you agree, then type the message on the following method.
CAD<space>YES<space>PIN<space>Contact Number
Example: CAD YES 1268234 01*********
Your Contact Number must be in the biometric registration. A contact number only for one applicant. If successfully your application fee is paid, then you will notify with a Transaction ID.
Payment of Fees by Rocket
To make payments from a mobile phone that has a Rocket account, just dial #322 and follow the instructions below-
- For ”Payment” press 1.
- Then press 1 for ”Bill Pay”.
- If you want to pay from your account then dial 1 for ”Self”. Those who want to pay another account just dial 2 and select ”Other” option. Enter Payer Mobile No. Instead, the applicant’s mobile number must be given.
- Type 515 in the Biller ID field.
- Press ”Answer” and give your ”BoardYearRoll” field. For Example ”DHA2024123456”.
- Then press answer and give the amount as 150 BDT.
- After giving the amount press ”PIN Number”.
- If the process will successful you will get a Payment Confirmation message from 16222 with a Transaction ID.
Online Application System
After given Application Fee applicant have to browse the official website www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd and click ”Apply Now” button. Then there will be a page displayed where you have input your SSC/Equivalent information as Roll Number, Board, Passing Year and Registration Number. If you inputted data is right then you could see your GPA. Now, give you Contact Number which you gave during payment. Later on, you could select Group, Shift, Version and Institution. In this way, the candidates will be able to select a maximum of 10 colleges/madrasahs.
The applicant can click on the ‘’Preview Application’’ button to see the information and preference order of his applied colleges. If everything is ok in the application preview, then click the ”Submit Now” button. If your application is successfully submitted, you will receive a ”Security Code”. Save this code because it will be needed in the next time for correction and admission related work. You could print the application form.
Moreover, after given the information if you don’t see your personal info and GPA then you have submitted the Transaction ID. Later on, select the operator (ie Teletalk / Rocket / SureCash) that he has used to pay the fee. To apply on the internet after 30 minutes, follow the procedure mentioned earlier. Those who have a quota, select it. In this case, you have to the original certificate which will be justified by colleges late on. So, select a quota you have really. An applicant can change the order of preference and college maximum of five times. Who applied through the SMS they could only change the order, not college.
