19th NTRCA Teachers’ Registration Exam

The NTRCA is an organization to recruit teachers for non-govt schools and colleges. The first NTRCA exam started in 2005 and the exam was held on November to appoint a teacher for any non-governmental institution in three type-examination as School Level, School Level 2 and College Level where candidates must have 4-years graduation from any government certified institution. From 2019 they also took Junior Assistant Teacher for School Level where a candidate could register themselves after HSC Passed.

Before 2005, it was seen most non-government junior high schools, secondary schools, colleges, madrasahs, technical schools, and vocational institutions appointed any teacher through the recommendation of the committee, president, and founder of the institution. Education Qualification

For assistant teachers for school and college levels candidates must be 4 years of graduation/equivalent from any certified institution. More than one 3rd grade will not accept in your career (SSC/HSC/Degree). But those who want to apply for the Junior Madrasah post could apply with HSC/Equivalent pass.

An Appeared application form will not accept any candidates. The newly passed candidates must collect the certificates, tabulation sheets/numbers, and admit cards given by the head of your educational institution for verification during the oral examination.

Online Registration System – NTRCA

There are no multiple ways to apply for the NTRCA exam online. So, all of you have to apply through the official web portal link. Before going to apply the application keep all scanned documents on your device (mobile/computer) and follow the instruction below.

1. First, go to – http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd.
2. Then click the radio button for which position you will apply according to your education qualification.
3. After elect of your position, you will see a page named Candidates Information Form (CIF).
4. Select a subject for the written exam.
5. Fill up the CIF form according to your SSC/Equivalent certificate. Because if you make any mistake they will take legal action against you after verification.
6. If you become Physically Challenge then select the ‘YES’ button.
7. Then upload your recent colour photo within (300 Width × 300 Height) and signature (300 Width × 80 Height) pixel.
8. Now, re-check everything is right or wrong, you gave then click ”Submit the Application” button. If everything is okay, you will display a success message with a User ID to pay the application fee.

Payment of Application Fee

After finishing the Online Application Form, you have to pay the Examination Fee through the User ID given to you after successfully applying. You should bear in mind that without paying the application fee your application will not accept. Payment must complete between 72 hours through Teletalk SIM by sending SMS after successfully complete your CIF. Now, follow the SMS Sending Rules to pay the exam fee.

NTRCA Admit Card Download

No one will not be allowed for the Preliminary Exam without Admit Card. Now the question is when will publish Admit Card? Actually, the admit card published date and time will notify through your registered number. So, always switch on your number. After messaged you could download Admit Card by browsing the http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd website.

• Browse the website again.
• Select your Exam.
• Give your User ID.
• Input your Password and Click the ”Submit” button.

After clicking the ”Submit” button there will a page with a PDF file. Where you could Download Admit Card. Now print your Admit Card in colored format.
