Govt School Admission System 2023 Session [Primary and High]

Govt School Admission System 2023. Bangladesh GSA will publish the Government Primary and High School Admission Circular in the 2023-2024 session on the first week of December like the previous year. Actually, it is a combined examination for selected students for classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 at state-owned elementary and high school attached primary schools. Because of the forged admission procedure, nepotism year after year, most of the qualitative but poor learners didn’t show their excellence in a national and international arena. Therefore, the Ministry of Education BD regulated this policy in order to eliminate counterfeiting.

In addition, the admission happening in the Upazilla and District level institutions which are ruled by the premier. Every Upazilla and Zilla have at least one institution and some have multiple. In general, the majority of institutes address girls and boys individually. Some seminars have a co-education approach. Notwithstanding these, a number of schools have morning and day shifts with feeder sections. Traditionally, the Government School Admission Test took in two ways. The first one is ”Lottery System” for a class ”One” and the second one is ”Test (written & viva)” for ”Two to Eight”. For class ”Nine” students will elect according to their JSC Result.

Who can apply?

Everyone can not apply casually. For this, you have to have such qualifications/eligibility as required. Otherwise, no one won’t be eligible for this admission test. Likewise, every year they allotted the seat basis on different professionals and catchment areas.  Let’s look at a view of who could apply.

  1. Offspring, grandchild of freedom fighters (FF).
  2. Child of the Ministry of Education (MOE) officials and staff.
  3. Children of the teachers and staffs who working in the Sececondary Government Schools in the area concerned.
  4. 50% allocation for students in the catchment area adjacent to the school.
  5. If the applicant’s guardian or parents become voters, the owner (according to utility bill) of flat or house, flat renter day of publishing circular and allotted of govt houses in the related Upazilla they could apply.
  6. 2 per cent of seats will allocate for the Ganabhaban Government High School working officials and staff.

In the case of class SIX admission, they will book a quota of 10% of the total seats for those who have passed class FIVE of the primary school. If the children of the same mother or twin siblings of the applicant student are already studying at any institution, they will get a chance according to the empty seat and merit.

Application Form Online

As before, those who are eligible must have applied with the help of the Government School Admission (GSA) official website. No application won’t accept any other way except online. Here, there is a suggestion for you from us that before going to apply online you should gather all the documents below.

  1. Your Birth Registration Certificate.
  2. Father and Mother National ID (NID).
  3. Recent colour photo of you.
  4. Suppose you have a quota, then keep the related documents.
  5. A Teletalk pre-paid number to pay the application fee.
  6. Need a contact number of your parents, which must have biometric registered.
  7. After collecting all the documents then go to the Student Application Form

Note: Never try to give any information which is not a word-to-word match with your Birth Registration Certificate and parents NID. For class six admissions, you have to fill it up according to your PEC certificate.

Admission Test Procedures

The whole process will finish in the policy of the authority. The test will take in two ways. One is the Lottery, another is the written and viva system. The lottery is only for Class I and Written, Viva for Class VI-IX.

Lottery Result

There is a question that which subject will select the Class One exam? Because they are very beginner in student life. Besides, it was seen that most of the guardians pre-trained their child before admission. In fact, some parents less their children age in spite of being high. You may know or not we don’t know an experienced and aged child could easily get the chance any institution. On the other hand, it is quite hard to be selected to admit to any school. That’s why it is a good decision of the Admission Control Board of GSA to select the educator from the Lottery. Where nobody can’t blame except for their own fortune.

Written & Viva

In this section, the question pattern is divided into two types. Two-Three (II-III) admission question and mark distribution designed the same and Four-Eight (IV-VIII) is similar to each other. Bengali, English and Maths chose for making questions. Total 50 & 100 number exams will take for classes 2-3 and 4-8 gradually. The authority will give you 60 minutes and 120 minutes for the classes accordingly.

Schools for Admission

Generally speaking, there are two government high schools each upazilla. Two or more than But, in the Sadar Upazilla there are more than two institutions that are state-owned. But, all school admission tests never took at a time. Each division, district and police station institute have taken different dates and times. In the final analysis, there are 492 Upazilla and 652 Thana in Bangladesh. Altogether probably a total number of 1000 more schools over the country. Result of Govt School Admission

Whenever the result will publish it is the burning question after finishing the examination. As a result, most of the pupil’s guardians call the schools number. Sometimes teachers stay busy making the result. Apart from these, many of them search on the internet to get the result but do not get it.

However, the result was published in the Upazilla and Zilla office notice board. So, don’t worry about your result.
